Acrobatics
This class focuses on strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Dancers will progress to tumbling technique and learn basic jazz dance skills. Class begins with a group warm-up, strength and conditioning work, and then students will work on individual tricks. LDC is an Acrobatic Arts certified studio and follows the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. A ballet or technique class is required in addition to acro.

Dress code
Girls: Black leotard and skin-toned footless or convertible tights. Shorts or leggings optional (tight-fitting only). Hair pulled back. No jewelry. Boys: Black shorts or pants and black shirt. Bare feet — no shoes.
