Ballet
Ballet is considered the foundation of Western artistic dance. It provides disciplined, structured technique applied to choreographed movements. Dancers learn proper body placement, strengthen muscles, and build technique — from creative pre-ballet for our youngest students to pre-professional level pointe work for advanced dancers. We teach a combination of ballet methods including RAD and Vaganova.

Common questions
Pointe requires a minimum of 2 years of ballet training, at least 1 year of Pre-Pointe, teacher approval, and a formal evaluation by a qualified dance physiotherapist. We never rush it — pointe is a serious commitment to a dancer's safety and bone development.
