Getting here from Jacksonville
Our Riverwalk studio at 708 New Bridge Street is the most convenient option for most families in town — it's a few minutes from downtown, and no base access is required. It is open now — most of the Camp Lejeune roster moved there for Fall 2026 — and a second wave of Riverwalk classes begins September 8, 2026. Our Sneads Ferry studio (214 Sneads Ferry Road) is roughly 25 minutes south via NC-172 and carries our aerial and cirque programs. Every location offers the same instructor standards and the same recital experience.

Our Riverwalk studio, at 708 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, NC — the first Lejeune Dance Company location inside Jacksonville city limits. The classes that moved up from Camp Lejeune are running now, and our new Riverwalk classes start Monday, September 8, 2026. The schedule includes daytime classes for toddlers and preschoolers, a homeschool block, leveled ballet, tap, jazz, acro, hip hop, contemporary and musical theater for school-age dancers, company rehearsals, and a full slate of adult classes in the evenings.
Yes, on Monday and Thursday mornings. The homeschool block runs Monday mornings at TT44 Tarawa Blvd, along with Pre-Tap, Pre-Ballet and Ballet/Tap Combo for our youngest dancers on Mondays and Thursdays. Everything else moved to Riverwalk at 708 New Bridge Street — in town, a few minutes off base, and no gate pass required.
Absolutely. While we're proud of our deep military-family roots, our Riverwalk and Sneads Ferry studios are fully off-base and welcome all families. Many of our most dedicated dance families live in Jacksonville with no military connection at all.
